Room Cost Examples

Room Cost examples below are all-inclusive which means that they cover the Meet & Greet Snacks on Friday evening, S’mores on Friday evening, Three Meals on Saturday, Seminars, Photos on Saturday, Swag Bag, Breakfast on Sunday as well as all free-time suggestions EXCEPT those expressly listed as having a separate cost on the Free Time page are included in the Examples below.

Example One: Two married couples share a room, i.e. 4 Adults; register for all FOUR people and pay a total of $1,310 which is:  590 + (3 x 240).  If you wanted to equally share the cost, it would be $327.50/person for the entire reunion event.   Any of the following room types might be assigned:  a Master Suite, a Standard Suite or a Standard Deluxe to share.  

Example Two: Three Adults share a room, i.e. 3 Adults; register for all THREE people and pay a total of $1,070 which is 590 + (2 x 240).  If you wanted to equally share the cost, it would be $356.66/person for the entire reunion event.  Any of the following room types might be assigned:  a Master Suite, a Standard Suite or Standard Deluxe to share.  

Example Three: Two Adults plus two Children share a room; register for all FOUR people and pay a total of $1,210 which is: 590 + 240 + (2 x 190). If you wanted to equally share the cost, it would be $302.50/person for the entire reunion event. Any of the following room types might be assigned: a Master Suite, a Standard Suite or Standard Deluxe to share.

Example Four: Two Adults plus one Child plus one Infant/Toddler share a room; register for all FOUR people and pay a total of $990  which is:  (590 + 240 + 190 + 0).  If you wanted to equally share the cost, it would be $255.00/person for the entire reunion event.  Any room type might be assigned to share.

Example Five: Two Adults, plus 4 Children plus one Infant/Toddler (0-3 years) share a room; register for all SEVEN people and pay a total of $1,590 which is 590 + 240 + (4 x 190) + 0.  If you wanted to equally share the cost, it would be $227.15/person for the entire reunion eventFamily Deluxe plus add a crib/cot at no additional cost would be assigned to share. 

There is only ONE Master Suite allocated to our family reunion gathering and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.    

In each example above, when you register, ONE person will register for all those sharing the same room and indicate the choice(s) for each attendee’s choice of Seminar(s).  FYI, we won’t need to have contact details for Children and Infants/Toddlers and there is no need for contact details, possible Museum attendance or Seminar(s) participation for Infants/Toddlers.
